Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, with a focus on door-to-door sales Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance Recruit, hire, and train door-to-door sales reps Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts Develop and maintain a sales budget and forecast Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and management skills
